It offers a 100% honest and responsible service with which it seeks total customer satisfaction, which by placing an order with our company is providing all its trust, therefore our objective as a legally constituted company is to achieve customer satisfaction with our wide variety of products certified for having PREMIUM quality, achieving the best results.

In the event that the client wishes to make a change or return, they must present the arguments with the support thereof so that the case is analyzed by our company to determine what happened to the order, if it was altered or deteriorated during its transport (If this were the case, an investigation is entered into with the transport company which can last between 15-20 business days, the investigation and their respective response will be given, either sending a new product or refunding the money). In the case of leather accessories or our sportswear, if the client wishes to change the garments due to an error in the size, the change will be made as long as no more than 3 days have passed after the delivery of the order and the shipping costs will be borne by the client.

 CLARIFICATIONS

 We do not make refunds to those orders confiscated during shipping or to orders damaged or deteriorated by the customer, for a refund the product must be in perfect condition and you must explain the reasons for which you want the refund, assuming the cost of shipping.

 

The client will not have to pay any additional cost at the time of delivery of the order.
